How your earnings work
You earn the fares of the passengers you carry, minus a 10% service deduction. Every trip is itemised in the Earnings screen: gross fares, deduction and net payout.

When you get paid
Complete the trip
At the destination, a passenger gives you the onboard code and you enter it in the app.
60-minute review window
Your payout is released 60 minutes after the later of completion and the trip’s scheduled arrival, so passengers have time to raise a problem.
Sent to your mobile money
Released payouts are grouped into one transfer as soon as they reach 2,000 FCFA, and everything released is sent from 18:00 each day.

Our team checks your documents and inspects and approves your vehicle.

Once approved, driver mode appears in your app with your trips, hire jobs and earnings.
Why can’t I see the onboard code?
The code is held only by passengers on board. Getting it from a passenger at the destination is what proves the trip happened, and it protects honest drivers from false claims too.
Why is there a wait before payout?
The 60-minute window lets a passenger report a problem before the money leaves. If nothing is reported, the payout is released automatically.
What happens if a passenger disputes a trip?
Your payout for that trip is frozen while support reviews the booking, the pickup record and the in-app chat. Support may call both of you. The decision and the reason are recorded.
Can I withdraw my money any time?
There is no wallet to withdraw from. Payouts go to your mobile money automatically, so the platform never holds your balance.
